30-Day Return Policy:
We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item. This means you have 30 days to request a return if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be unworn or unused.
- The item must have all original tags attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return:

Important Note:
Do not send your return without first contacting us and receiving a return shipping label. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions to Returns:
There are certain items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These include perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a separate order for the desired item. This will ensure the fastest processing and delivery of your new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a justification. The same eligibility criteria mentioned above apply to these returns.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
